Our Story
Our Journey: Building Dreams Since 2015
In 2015, our story began with a single visionary individual, Michael Chen, who embarked on a remarkable journey. With a passion for construction and a relentless drive for excellence, Michael founded JYVM, a company dedicated to turning dreams into reality.
2015 - A Humble Start:
We took our first steps in the world of construction, starting small with residential projects. Each project was an opportunity to hone our skills, nurture our expertise, and earn the trust of our clients.

2019 - A Leap of Ambition:
In 2019, JYVM stood at a crossroads and chose to take a giant leap of ambition. We ventured into uncharted territory by undertaking our very first large-scale tooling project, the LM International Equestrian School/International Equestrian Training Camp. With a total indoor area spanning approximately 1500sqm, this project was a testament to our commitment to excellence. Remarkably, we completed it in just four months, setting a new standard for ourselves.

2021 - Expanding Horizons:
The year 2021 brought with it a series of significant milestones:

Partnering with Hornbach: We signed a groundbreaking partnership with Hornbach, the largest material supplier in the Netherlands, solidifying our position in the industry.

Elevating Our Equipment: JYVM invested in equipment upgrades and forged a strategic five-year procurement plan with Milwaukee and Festool, two of the world's largest tool suppliers. Our equipment assets exceeded 300,000 euros, and we proudly earned the title of Bouwmaat's second-largest customer in the Netherlands.

Insurance Excellence: Our commitment to excellence extended beyond construction as we became China Telecom's official registered supplier and secured the Nationale-Nederlanden CAR Insurance qualification. This achievement made us the first Chinese project company in the Netherlands to hold three construction insurances, a testament to our reliability and professionalism.
2022 - Scaling New Heights:
The year 2022 marked another pivotal chapter in our journey:

JY Group B.V.: We established the JY Group B.V. as our holding company, a testament to our commitment to growth and expansion.

International Footprint: Our reach expanded beyond the Netherlands as we took on projects in neighboring countries, including JD International Logistics in Germany and the China State Grid EU Headquarters in Belgium. Our boundaries stretched, but our dedication to excellence remained unwavering.
